I also signed up, package was "delivered" yet I never received. No phone number to call and they do not answer emails thru their customer portal. DO not sign up for this service

Details
I subscribed for 3 moths I have not received my November or my December bag. They refuse to give me my money back and just keep saying my bag is on its way. The absolute worst service actually no service at all. If you sign up you will be spending money with receiving no product. So just toss your money out the window. I have now cancelled my subscription if the product is anything like the service I know if I ever get a bag it will be total ***

Send them a letter stating such and serve it via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested. Instruct your financial institution to deny any further charges from this supplier. Do not call, text, or e-mail ; these methods are unacceptable.

I checked my acct to see if all of my months have been received and I saw they were not correct, so I decided to email them and let them know what was going on and they came off like this error I noticed after checking my acct was all my fault. But, see thats where they're ALL WRONG here, bc I'm not that person thats not gonna do or say nothing about what they did wrong. See, I already warned them that I will do a chargeback on them and close my acct off and start all over and make doubly sure they're not anywhere close to my acct or neither will they be able to take anything from my acct any longer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
