I have 2 orders not filled. They don't call to clarify this. One is of last year. 1 of this past month. They have taken my money and not fulfilled their part. Be aware they are stealing peoples money

I received an email that my package was ship. I have no idea who they are and I contacted them three times to no avail. I still haven't got my package and I have no idea how they got my address name or bank account information. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. Nobody f's with me

I've been unable to log into my account since I subscribed. I've emailed several times, made it very clear I want to cancel. They Will NOT RESPOND!! They continue taking my money, they just took money from my account for May, and I still haven't received the products (that I didn't want, I wanted to cancel!!) I was not impressed with their products and I'm Much Less impressed with the Non-Existent customer service!!! I want my money back and I want this subscription canceled!!!!

I do not have an account. This company kept my information and they keep charging me. I tried all three of my emails but yet it says no account found with this email. They are stealing my money.

I haveHad the same problems trying to contact customer service and trying to reset my password. I cannot login to the account so I cannot cancel this *** subscription.

I have no idea how the order even got placed. I did not place an order with Lip Monthly. I received an order confirmation, but have no way of logging into the account. I tried the password reset link, but no email ever arrived.

I am going to have to try and find out how this was paid. I will initiating a chargeback to the account when I figure out how this was charged.

Cannot log in as website claims I do not have an account, yet I am receiving their emails to my email address I used to sign up. Repeat products literally in the first two months which is BS. Put in a ticket and it's been over two weeks with no reply. STILL charging my card despite ZERO contact with anyone!

I cannot get this company to reach out and respond. I enter my email address and the account is not found. They charged me for the subscription but I cannot get ANYONE to respond to my emails to help recover the account. Now I want to cancel and NO ONE responds. I called my CC company and they say Lip Monthly has to cancel the subscription. How shady are you when people cannot get ahold of you? I think this company needs to be dealt with on a legal front. This is absolutely wrong on so many levels and I want this resolved.

UPDATE I DM’d Lip Monthly through FB and they got back to me. Try this route.

I also googled the address the product is sent from. The man that answered said he didn’t have their contact information

I have been trying to cancel my lip monthly membership for over 2 months now. My emails have been ignored. I CANNOT AFFORD TO CONTINUE WITH THIS ANY LONGER. I am struggling financially and dont use the products that are sent to me with the exception of one or two I have received over the course of my membership (over the last 3 months or so). PLEASE, I AM BEGGING YOU TO DISCONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY. Also why did I receive some kind of canabis oil in one of my shipments. Is that legal. It has not been legalized in this state!!!!

Cancel your credit or debit card by calling the number on the back of the card and explaining the situation. They can cancel the card and issue a new one with new account numbers so Lip Monthly has no valid card to charge or debit.

If you did use a debit card, best find a credit card to use rather than a debit card. Much safer.
