Lip Monthly - Unable to cancel subscription

I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription. There have been problems getting through to do so. The feed gets stuck on "not a robot" and will not submit. Please cancel my subscription ad of May 19, 2020. Do not go any further with charges for this service into June, 2020!!

I've been a customer for a few yrs now but all I seem to get r lip products that r all nudes and I won't wear nudes infact I believe I clicked on not liking nudes only colorful shades. I have tried to cancel my subscription several times at the request of my husband but my account is still being debited and I'm getting heat every month cuz my husband thinks I'm lying about canceling this box, I've even recieved conformation emails confirming my cancellation.

I have been a customer in and off for 2yrs.Never had a problem was usually pretty pleased with the monthly bag. I moved a month ago and they keep sending my bag to my old address now they have charged me for April even though I havent received March..cant get ahold of anybody despite my half dozen attempts

Ordered the so sass bundle on Feb 11, the label was created byon Feb 14th , but DHL nformed me they never received the product to ship, 14 days since I ordered! I reached out to you in several emails with no response!

I subscribed Oct 4th, my bag SHOULD of shipped Oct 15th-ish, November 5th still no bag! Have been emailing back and forth, recieved the same generic reply over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Even when you cancel your subscription they still charge you. I got one subscription in October they charged me for 2, I then canceled it and they just charged me 142.40 for 2 more. Worst company business practices. I had to dispute charges with my credit card co.

Lip Monthly - Repetitive and low quality

Lip montly is a bag of low quality brown to salmon lip colors each month. They have gone down hill. When I first subscribed the quality was great and so was the color range. Now every other month has a duplicate item or a dollar tree one. I see what boxycharm can do at such a low price point and i was looking for something similar with lip color. Lip Monthly is not it. I also see the way the respond to their upset customers making excuses and blaming the customer it gives a poor impression of the company as *** The customer is not always right but, condescending responses will get you nowhere. I never had an issue with delivery but, i cancelled before all those issues started. My reason for 1 star is low quality and repetitive color stories.

I joined Lip Monthly for 3 months and was offered 1 free month. My 1st bag came in July and it was OK. My 2nd bag arrived in August and apparently this was supposed to be their "Best Of" bag, the product's included were pretty bad but what really got me was that I was sent 2 of the exact same Bellapierre lipsticks, I do reviews on Instagram along with subscription services and did post about this issue and also sent two emails that I got no response to. I didn't post my September bag on Instagram because I was so disappointed in the subscription and was happy that it was my last month but apparently it wasn't because Lip Monthly without my permission charged my credit card for an additional 3 months. I then posted on Instagram about the new issue and again about the August issue that was never taken care of. Well Lip Monthly did see this post and reacted extremely unprofessionaly and very childishly. They sent me DM's saying that they would refund my money and send me a Bellapierre package, this was a bribe because they would only do these things if I removed my post, I found this to be appalling and when I refused to take it down they started commenting to each follower that commented basically calling me a liar, I am far from okay with this because I have worked hard to gain my followers trust and would never be dishonest about anything, so I did go ahead and block Lip Monthly where they just went ahead and started sending DM'S to my followers that had commented and from what my followers have told me Lip Monthly has told them that they fulfilled everything they said they would with me. Stay very far away from this subscription, they are shady, childish and unprofessional

Did you subscribe to Lip Monthly in October? If so, your first bag will be in November.

When you join a subscription box service, similar to a magazine subscription, you sign up to receive the following month's box, or magazine issue. Our FAQ explains how this works and also the order confirmation emails state that you will be receiving the upcoming month's bag.
